Rowan Ghaly grew up in North Africa and moved to New Jersey at a young age. Passionate about cross-cultural communication and global affairs, Rowan graduated from the College of Saint Elizabeth with a degree in Global Studies and Communication.

After graduating, she launched her career at an international company, Education First, with a mission of breaking down the barriers of language, geography, and culture. Her interest in sustainable energy, technology, and communication led her to an international wind energy company where she's now the Regional Talent Marketing Strategist.

In 2015, Rowan won the "President's Club Award" for significant contribution to overall business success. Hoping to uncover the secret of how successful people and companies communicate, Rowan has a special interest in interpersonal/intercultural communication and believes that the key to success is overcoming the fear of failure.

When she's not busy researching and implementing new marketing initiatives, Rowan enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying out new restaurants, and traveling the globe.

Robert Worshinski

Robert has served the past two years of his career on the campus of Princeton University as the Manager of Theater Series Marketing at McCarter Theatre Center. In 2016, he happily returned to The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, where he began his career in 2008 in the ticket office. Now in the role of Director of Marketing and Public Relations at The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, he gracefully manages campaigns and robust analytics for all of the Theatre's Main Stage, Outdoor Stage, and institutional programs.

Robert adores his Marketing and Patron Services team, and enjoys utilizing his leadership skills he groomed from CSE's Masters in Organizational Behavior program to help teach, plan, and focus with his staff on multiple projects and campaigns, and always keeps the teams strengths and needs first.

Robert's marketing motto is, "If you keep doing what you've always done, you're always going to get what you always got..."

Marketing has become an ever changing, analytical, and competitive field, but he is confident that by doing different things and analyzing the results, you can make it quite far.

Robert happily lives with his partner in Westfield, and owes much of his success in his current career to the strength and support of their relationship.

The CSE Experiential Learning Center Mentoring Program is funded, in part, by a generous grant from The Provident Bank Foundation.
