Christine Birnbaum is a professionally certified executive coach and Principal of Claremont Coaching. She retired from the New York Life Insurance Company where she was a Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she was a Human Resources Business Partner responsible for supporting both the investments finance and technology functions.
Prior to this role, Christine was the Talent Management executive for Investments. In addition, she served as the Investments Diversity and Inclusion Officer. She was a co-head of The Women's Initiative at New York Life. Christine was also active in New York Life's Volunteer for Good program.
Previously Christine worked at JPMorgan Chase as a senior human resources executive and worked in a variety of businesses including credit card, middle marketing banking, international private banking, and consumer banking.
With the Financial Women's Association (FWA) she has served in a number of Board positions and currently is responsible for a leadership initiative called Pacesetters and mentors at Seton Hall University.
In addition, Christine is a member of Ellevate (formerly known as 85 Broads) and a volunteer at the Morris County Interfaith Food Pantry.
Christine graduated from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst and has a B.A. in History and a M.Ed. in Education. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
Anna Cepeda-Mays graduated from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a minor in Marketing. In 2003, she earned a Master's degree in Management with a Marketing concentration from CSE.
Anna has over fifteen years of marketing experience working for domestic and global companies in progressive marketing roles that have provided her the opportunity to impact major brands. Currently, she is a Senior Brand Manager at Bayer in the consumer health business.
Throughout her career, Anna has always been involved in diversity and mentoring efforts. She takes pride in ensuring the success of her team by having consistent development conversations to maximize strengths and address required growth areas. She believes in the power of 'paying it forward'.
Anna resides in Springfield, NJ with her husband and two children.
Karen Hunter is a licensed health care professional with a business degree and decades of award-winning sales experience. She is known for her personalized service, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.
Karen had been working for a Fortune 500 company when she was recruited into the printing, mailing and promotional products industry. She has her own business, Head of the Hunt, which she formed in 2009. She has also been a speaker at ASI shows in Florida, Texas and New York, as well as Rutgers University Business School. Karen also works with Kaeser & Blair a renowned promotional products distributor with whom she has achieved many benchmarks of success.
When asked what she does, Karen will say, "I am a Marketing Specialist, but my unofficial title is Chameleon;" meaning she provides whatever solutions her clients require.
In her free time, Karen is a wife, a mother of 3 boys, the happy owner of a rescue dog and a dedicated volunteer.
Robert has served the past two years of his career on the campus of Princeton University as the Manager of Theater Series Marketing at McCarter Theatre Center. In 2016, he happily returned to The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, where he began his career in 2008 in the ticket office. Now in the role of Director of Marketing and Public Relations at The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, he gracefully manages campaigns and robust analytics for all of the Theatre's Main Stage, Outdoor Stage, and institutional programs.
Robert adores his Marketing and Patron Services team, and enjoys utilizing his leadership skills he groomed from CSE's Masters in Organizational Behavior program to help teach, plan, and focus with his staff on multiple projects and campaigns, and always keeps the teams strengths and needs first.
Robert's marketing motto is, "If you keep doing what you've always done, you're always going to get what you always got..."
Marketing has become an ever changing, analytical, and competitive field, but he is confident that by doing different things and analyzing the results, you can make it quite far.
Robert happily lives with his partner in Westfield, and owes much of his success in his current career to the strength and support of their relationship.
