Corall a double-winner, Gators out-swim Screaming Eagles

BALTIMORE -- CSE sophomore Maria Corall swam to victory in a pair of individual events Saturday at the College of Notre Dame (MD) pool. The hometown Gators (4-0) won the dual meet with a team score of 78-42. Corall picked up CSE's first individual win in the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 56.53. Teammate Ashley Sicsko swam third with a time of 1:09.00. Corall touched the wall first again five events later in the 400 yard IM in a time of 5:09.19. The Screaming Eagles' final meet of the first semester takes place on Sat., Dec. 15 when they travel to in-state foe William Paterson for a 1 p.m. contest. CSE returns in the second semester with a road meet in Washington, D.C. on Jan. 19 against NEAC opponents Gallaudet and Cazenovia before returning home for the re-scheduled dual meet against New Rochelle at 3 p.m. on Jan. 20.
