The information and regulations herein apply to all College of Saint Elizabeth faculty, staff and students. In order to provide access to parking on campus, it is essential for all users of the campus parking facilities to read and fully understand these regulations.
Parking on campus is by permit only throughout the year including break periods. A valid CSE parking decal must be displayed at all times. Cars must be parked only in white lined spaces.
Operation of a motor vehicle on campus is a privilege that may be withdrawn for failure to comply with the regulations stated. Vehicles must display a valid decal. Any vehicle on campus after 1:00 a.m. without a valid decal will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Decals may be obtained by going to the following link: www.cse.edu/parkingdecals and completing the online information required. The vehicle registration process to obtain a valid parking decal is managed by you.
A valid decal must be placed on the back of the rear view mirror, on the drivers side, facing the front of the vehicle.

Handicapped parking is administered by the State of New Jersey and is monitored by the local police. Only State
approved and issued handicapped stickers and tags are valid for parking in the handicapped designated spaces around campus. The CSE Wellness Center does administer Temporary Handicapped placards for staff members needing temporary privileges. Local law enforcement have jurisdiction over these parking spaces and cars illegally parked are subject to ticketing and towing. Quick errands, deliveries or drop-offs are not valid excuses for parking in these designated spaces.
Local municipalities patrol the campus on a regular basis. They will ticket and/or tow illegally parked cars and will ticket for speeding. Using emergency flashers does not allow drivers to illegally park their vehicles, particularly in handicapped spaces, fire lanes, at yellow curbs, etc.
