The College of Saint Elizabeth's lacrosse team dropped an out of conference game to Centenary College, 20-12 on Tuesday.
Trailing 1-0, Nicole Rios and Amanda Inacio scored back to back goals just 40 seconds apart, giving the Eagles a 2-1 lead. Christiana Rios added a goal of her own at the 16:42 mark, tying the score up at 3. Nicole Rios added 2 more goals for the Eagles to tie up the game again at 5. The Cyclones managed to score the next 3 goals to open up a 8-5 lead at half.
Brianna Fedorcich scored her first goal of the game at the 25:25 mark of the second half. Centenary scored 4 straight goals to take a 14-7 lead.Kelly O'Dell got going in the second half, scoring the Eagles next 4 goals, cutting the lead to 17-11. The Eagles would add 1 more goal before dropping the contest 20-12.
The Eagles return to action on Thursday when they host Wilson College at 4 pm.
