MORRISTOWN, N.J. – The College of Saint Elizabeth Department of Athletics and the Screaming Eagles women’s basketball team will honor one of its distinguished alumnae, Sabrina Jarmolinski ’12, on Wednesday night at halftime during their game with Penn State-Abington.

Jarmolinski will be on hand to see her No. 23 jersey hung in the rafters along with the nine other CSE women who scored over 1,000 points in their basketball career. She achieved the milestone at SUNY Cobleskill in upstate New York on January 8, 2012.

Jarmolinski, who was a three-time All-NEAC selection, completed her college campaign with 1,369 points, 760 rebounds, 192 assists and 187 steals. During her senior season in 2011-12, Jarmolinski was ninth among all NCAA Division 3 players with 21.1 points per game and led the Screaming Eagles to the program’s first-ever NEAC playoff bid.

Saint Elizabeth is 7-10 overall this season, having split a pair of NEAC games over the weekend at Wilson and Gallaudet. The Screaming Eagles will face the Nittany Lions, a South Division rival, on Wednesday in a game that features a 7 p.m. tip.
