The College has worked diligently to provide the most convenient parking arrangements possible. We kindly ask that all those attending the ceremonies obey the instructions of the parking attendants and security officers.
Listed below are the details regarding parking. In general, parking will take place between three parking lots outside the front of campus as well as the main lot on campus.
Parking for Baccalaureate Mass on Friday evening will take place mainly on campus, in the lot near Saint Joseph Hall.
Commencement parking on Saturday morning will take place primarily in nearby parking lots located off campus. However, those who enter through the back entrance off Park Avenue will be directed to park in Saint Joseph Hall's parking lot.
Any guests, unless wheelchair bound, must park in one of the lots designated for Commencement general parking. Any handicap guests must have an official hang tag or license plate. There will be reserved handicap parking spaces next to the shuttle in every lot.
Wheelchair bound guests will be directed to park on campus near the Security Booth so please make sure that the vehicle containing the guest who is wheelchair bound informs one of the parking attendants so they can be directed to the proper parking area.
Shuttle service will be available in every parking lot and will run continuously from 5 - 10 p.m. on Friday evening, and from 8 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Shuttles can accommodate handicap guests as well as strollers.
Resident students will park in the designated lots near the residence halls. Non-residents will be directed to park in the parking lots designated for Commencement general parking.
If you are running late, please inform the parking volunteer who will allow you to be dropped off. However, please note that you will not be granted closer access and will likely have to walk from either the entrance to Saint Joseph Hall's parking lot (if you are coming from the back) or from the post office (if you are coming from the front).
Please make every effort to arrive on time for the line-up (see schedule) taking into account the large volume of traffic that will be arriving on campus that day.
