Please order caps & gowns online at Herff Jones. Please verify your degree (i.e. Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts, etc.) before placing the order to ensure you receive the correct color hood. Double majors should select their primary or first major when determining which degree they will receive. If you are unsure, please contact the Registrar's Office prior to placing your order. Orders must be placed between February 14 and March 16, 2012. There is no additional charge for academic attire; costs are covered by the Commencement fee paid to the College.

Academic Attire Distribution

Academic attire will be distributed in the College Bookstore from Monday, April 23 - Saturday, May 5, 2012 during the following hours:

Monday - Thursday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Please bring proper ID with you (preferably your CSE ID card) along with your attire confirmation form to pick up your cap and gown. Attire picked up from May 7 - May 11 will be subject to a $50 late fee. Under no circumstances will caps and gowns be available on the day of graduation (May 12)

You will pick up your tickets and graduation announcements with your cap and gown.

Academic protocol requires that you wear black shoes with your gown. Due to uneven terrain on the lawn, low-heeled comfortable shoes are recommended.
