Welcome to the Residence Life Program at the College of Saint Elizabeth. As your college plans begin to come together, we need to add another piece to complete the picture: your residence hall room assignment. Living on campus is a large part of the total college experience, so we would like to work with you to determine the best possible arrangement. The following questionnaire will facilitate your room and roommate placement. First time residents are assigned to a double room, so we ask that you answer the enclosed survey as honestly as possible to facilitate an agreeable match. Although single rooms are available, they are limited and assigned with priority given to transfer students followed by a "first come, first served" policy to in-coming freshman students. There is an additional fee for a single room. Additionally, all residents must complete an emergency contact form containing preferred information including contact names, phone numbers, and known allergies.
We ask that the enclosed survey and emergency contact form be returned within one week. This will ensure that all housing questionnaires can be properly reviewed, that the best possible housing assignments are made for you and your classmates, and that all emergency contact forms are filed immediately. In addition, please be advised that all health records must be returned to the Wellness Center to receive a housing assignment. Provided that all necessary paperwork is received on time, you will receive your room assignment, roommate information and other important details including what to bring to campus. Should any questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact the Residence Life Office. It would be our pleasure to discuss any of the housing options with you. Again, welcome to the College of Saint Elizabeth and to the Resident Life program. We look forward to seeing you on campus!
