PELA Portfolio

Overview

As Novartis employee, you may submit a portfolio of your professional experience and credentials for course credits consideration.

Based on the assessment of your portfolio by a member of the CSE faculty, you may be able to earn up to nine credits in course substitutions. Course credits earned through a PELA will be charged at the Novartis-CSE Partnership per credit tuition rate.
