Elizabeth Weller Renyi, a native of Glen Rock and graduate of the College of Saint Elizabeth class of 1969, is currently the Director of Women' s Programs for The Oasis, Inc. in Paterson.

The Oasis provides women educational and life skills programs, childcare and a hot meal daily. Once a week, clothing is available to the women and every Friday, a food pantry is open to provide the clients with minimum food needs.

Partners in Healing works collaboratively with faith communities, educational facilities, community organizations and health care systems to identify spiritual resources in the community and to train others to assess and address the deeper needs of the sick and their caregivers.

Elizabeth received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College and a master's degree from Fordham University Graduate School of Religion. She and her husband, Thomas, live in Wyckoff and have three children: Chris, Tim and Caroline.
